Here you can see the HR projects I worked on with my clients. I accept short-term (one-time) as well as long-term projects.

Hiring Manager for WordAgents 

Time-frame: September 2020 - March 2021

Results: 

  • Hired over 100 copywriters, 20 managing editors, and 5short-term contractors 

  • Cooperated on a new company operations system 

  • Handled over 100 inquiries/weekly regarding the application  process and onboarding 

Perks:

  • Internal communication

  • Unsustainable recruitment system 

  • Unclear expectations - pay rate vs.experience 

  • Insufficient HR operations 

  • Prioritizing issues

Recruiting a new team member: Junior Copywriter for Digital Marketing Agency 

Recruiter for Major Impact Media 

Time-frame: February 2021 - March 2021

Results: 

  • Implemented HR software: JazzHR and enabled its use for the HR team. 

  • Established the order of HR operations for recruitment and onboarding, enabled automation, prepared evaluation strategy, and interview questions. 

Perks:

  • Generally, it was a pleasure to help Metropolitan Petsitters organize their HR in their growth era after the first Covid wave. However, for the lack of communication and responsiveness from the top managers, the whole process took longer than usual.

Results: 

  • Conducted a webinar: 360 Recruitment: How your HR strategies affect the number of qualified applicants you're getting

  • Trained a team of interim recruiters for branding in recruitment, marketing strategies in recruitment, and efficient procedures and best practices in recruitment. 

Perks:

  • Lack of communication afterwards, no time given for testing and practicing new knowledge. 

  • Follow up webinar about professionalism in service canceled due to client's tight schedule.
